With Shopify integrated into Kladana, you can:
- Synchronize product creation/modification from Kladana to Shopify.
- Transfer completed sales from Shopify to Kladana.
- Synchronize product stocks from Kladana to Shopify.
Integration eliminates the need for redundant work across multiple software platforms, allowing for more streamlined operations within Shopify. You’ll save time by managing products directly in Shopify without the need for extra steps in Kladana. Additionally, automatic synchronization ensures that changes made in Kladana are reflected in Shopify without your involvement.
As part of the integration, all product changes, including creations, made in Kladana are automatically synchronized with Shopify.
Furthermore, when new products arrive in Kladana, their stocks are seamlessly transferred to Shopify, ensuring smooth sales organization.

How to establish a connection between Kladana and Shopify
Setting up integration in Shopify
- In your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the Settings section.
- Select Apps and sales channels in the menu.
- Click Develop Apps.
- Click Create an App.
- In the opened window, enter the name of your app and click Create App.
- Access the Configuration tab. Alternatively, you can click Configure Admin Api Scopes to proceed directly to step 8.
- Access the Admin API integration section and click Configure beside it.
- In the list of permissions, check the following checkboxes: read_products, read_customers, read_orders, write_orders, write_products, read_inventory, write_inventory, read_draft_orders, write_draft_orders.
- Click Save.
- Click Install App.
- In the installation window, click Install.
- Click Reveal token once, copy the generated token and save it.
Configuring integration in Kladana
- In the Kladana workspace, select the Applications section.
- Click on the Integration with Shopify widget.
- Click Install, and then Open app.
- Select Manual setting.
- Enter the name of your store without .myshopify.com and past the token.
- Сlick Connect to finalize the integration.
- Specify the Shopify integration settings using checkboxes.
- Choose the type of payment status synchronization: No synchronization or Sync from Shopify to Kladana.
- If you have products in Kladana, click Synchronize Products to import them to Shopify. Synchronization occurs from Kladana to Shopify based on the product name. If the product names match, duplicates are not created.
- Click Save.
Working with Shopify integration in Kladana
When you create or edit product cards in the Kladana, all the changes are transferred to Shopify.
When you create an order in Shopify, the order is created in Kladana as well. To see the orders, select Sales → Sales orders.
There are two types of orders in Shopify:
- A draft order is an order without payment. It can be edited.
- An order is a paid order. It cannot be edited.
Updates to the payment status of Sales Orders depend on the status in Shopify. Once the order in Shopify is paid, the status will appear in the Sales Order section of Kladana.
