Add Custom Datasets

In addition to custom fields, you can create custom datasets to make the app fit your specific business processes much more. Datasets allow you to store any information you need to specify in transactions.

For example, you can create the Delivery dataset and fill it with the names of parcel delivery services whose services you use. Then, create a custom field for Shipments and assign this dataset. So you can specify Delivery service by simply picking it from the list.

1. Click on the user icon and select Settings.
2. In the left panel, click +Item.
3. Specify the dataset name.
4. If you do not plan to set team access to datasets, leave the To create new items with the Common label checkbox selected.
5. Click Save.
