The Counterparty Performance Report helps improve the efficiency of working with counterparties — customers and suppliers.
This report is available only for accounts with the CRM option enabled.

Counterparty Performance Report for a Counterparty
To view the report for a specific counterparty:
- In the Kladana workspace, select Counterparties → Customers & Suppliers.
- Select a counterparty from the list. The counterparty card will open.
- Navigate to the Overview tab. This tab displays the metrics for the selected counterparty.
Counterparty Performance Report for a List of Counterparties
To view the report for all counterparties, add the report metrics to the counterparty list:
- In the Kladana workspace, go to Counterparties → Customers & Suppliers.
- Click and select the metrics you want to add.
- To sort the report data by specific parameters, click Filter, specify the parameters for the search, and click Find.
For example:
- Setting a negative balance in the filter will generate a list of counterparties with outstanding debts;
- You can also use the RFM analysis method. For instance, filter all customers with a sales amount exceeding a specified value.
Configuring Access to the Counterparty Performance Report
Access to counterparty metrics can be granted or restricted for specific employees.
Configuration of user access is available on the Business and Business Plus subscription plans.
To configure user access to the counterparties metrics:
- In the Kladana workspace, click on the user icon and select Settings → Employees.
- Select an employee from the list. The employee’s card will open.
- Assign the user role User and click Setup Permissions.
- In the window that opens, go to the Counterparties section and check or uncheck the box CRM Indicators for Counterparties.
- Click Save Settings.
