Account owner is your team member responsible for purchases, managing subscriptions, and monitoring plan limits. Kladana reminds the Account owner to renew the subscription and contact the person in case of payment issues.
- In the Kladana workspace, click on the user icon and select Subscription.
- Choose the Account owner in the list of the employees.
- To view and edit the Account owner profile, click
next to the name of the Account owner.
If you manage Kladana on your own, you are automatically assigned as an Account owner.
