Exporting Product Items to Excel

You can export product lists from Kladana in Excel format:

  1. In the Kladana workspace, select Inventory → Products and Services.
  2. Click Export. Once the export is complete, you will receive a notification if such notifications are enabled. product list_export.png
  3. To check the export status and its results, click Watch results at the top of the page or click on the user icon and select Settings → Data exchange → Export. A results table will open.
  4. Click Download file to save the exported file to your computer. product export resuclts.png
All data, including archived products, is exported. Product images are not included in the export.
