You can create separate content cards for products, product variants, services, and bundles for specific sales channels.
Content cards allow you to specify unique names and descriptions for each marketplace based on content requirements, target audience, and other channel-specific needs. This helps streamline content preparation and improve sales conversion. For example, you can create different product descriptions for multiple marketplaces and your online store.
Content cards can be retrieved, created, updated, and deleted via API.
Exporting content cards to integrations, as well as importing and exporting content cards to and from Excel, is currently under development.
Create content card
- In the Kladana workspace, select Inventory → Products and Services.
- Create or open a product card.
- In the Content for different marketplaces section, click Set up.
- In the window that opens, click +Content card.
- Specify Marketplace and Sales channels. You can select multiple channels.
- Specify Name and Description of a product, product variant, service, or bundle.
- Add product images. You can upload up to 15 images in JPEG, PNG, BMP, or GIF format. Each image must not exceed 10 MB.
- To add an image from previously uploaded files, click Choose from previously uploaded, select the required images, and click Add images.
- To upload a new image, click Upload new and select an image from your device.
- If needed, specify how the card should be displayed in the list on the left. The display name appears in the list of content cards and makes them easier to find.
- Click Save.
The list on the left displays all content cards created for different sales channels.
