The Statement of Accounts report reflects data on settlements with counterparts and employees for the selected period. The report allows tracking cash flow, debts, and advances, and includes amounts for transactions processed during the selected period.
To view the Statement of Accounts report, select Financials → Statement of Accounts and click With Contacts or With Employee to select the preferable report variant.
Use the filters to sort the data you need. Click to save the search parameters. Click
to customize the report.

Statement of accounts with contacts
The report is based on the following transactions:
- Receiving and Shipment;
- Payment Received: Incoming Payment, Incoming Cash Payment;
- Payment Made: Outgoing Payment, Outgoing Cash Payment.
The following indicators are specified in the report:
- Opening balance — the balance at the beginning of the period.
- Credit — the amount of incoming payments (Payment Received).
- Debit — the amount of outgoing payments (Payment Made).
- Closing balance — the balance at the end of the period. If the Closing Balance is positive, it indicates outstanding payments to your counterparties or employees. If the Closing Balance is negative, it means your counterparts owe you.
Statement of accounts with employees
The report is based on the following transactions:
- All transactions where the employees are specified. For example, Receiving, Shipment.
- Incoming Cash Payment and Outgoing Cash Payment.
The following indicators are specified in the report:
- Opening balance — the balance at the beginning of the period.
- Incoming and Accruals — the amount received in accordance with all transactions and payrolls in the selected period.
- Paid — the amount disbursed to employees in accordance with payment transactions in the selected period.
- Closing balance — the balance at the end of the period. If the Closing Balance is positive, it indicates outstanding payments to your counterparties or employees. If the Closing Balance is negative, it means your counterparts owe you.
To view the detailed report for each counterparty or employee, click on the selected row.

Statement of Accounts for a counterparty
You can also create the Statement of Accounts report for a certain counterparty:
- In the Kaladana workspace, select Counterparties → Customers & Suppliers.
- Select the counterparty in the list.
- In the counterparty card, go to the Overview tab and click Create balance for customer.
- Specify the period of time, your Company, and Contract.
- Click Print and select Counterparty Account Statement.
- Select the appropriate file format. Click Yes. The report will be downloaded to your computer. You can print it if necessary.
