Here are the most common issues with logging into your account:
If you are certain that your issue is not related to any of these reasons, please contact our tech support for further assistance.
Incorrect password and login
- Make sure that the login (username) and password are entered correctly.
- Ensure that there are no extra spaces in the login and password, the Caps Lock key is not pressed, and the keyboard layout is correct.
- If you’ve forgotten your login and password, please check your email inbox and spam folder. When you registered with Kladana, you should have received an email titled ’Welcome to Kladana’ from the sender support@kladana.in containing your login credentials.
- Try using your email address as the login.
- Reset your password.
Account deactivated
If you receive a message stating that your account has been deactivated when attempting to log in, there could be the following reasons for this:
- Your account’s subscription plan may have changed, and simultaneous access by multiple users is no longer supported. It’s possible that your subscription has expired. To check this, in the Kladana workspace, click on the user icon and select Subscription.
- The account administrator may have prohibited access to the service for this account. In this case, please contact your account administrator.
Exceeded simultaneous connection limit
If the number of connected users has exceeded the maximum allowed by your subscription plan, the simultaneous connection limit may be reached. This includes logins using the same login (username) and password, even in different modes within the same browser and in different browsers on the same computer. When this limit is reached, the session that started first will be terminated.
To force logout, click on the user icon and select Sign Out. Alternatively, you can clear temporary files in your browser, i.e. delete Cookies.
