If the password doesn’t work, please check the following:
- Ensure the correct account is selected.
- Verify the username is entered correctly.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces in the login or password fields.
- Check if the Caps Lock key is pressed and ensure the keyboard is set to the correct layout.
Employees can request login credentials from the account administrator.
If the issue persists, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
When resetting the password, the current one becomes invalid. Logging in with it in the future will be impossible.
