One of the options in Kladana is CRM, which is available to users on the Growth plan with full functionality. This option includes:
- Counterparty cards
- Setting prices for counterparties
- Sales funnel
- Tasks
How can this help you streamline your work with clients and suppliers?
Firstly, Kladana allows you to record counterparty data in the Customers & Suppliers section (Counterparties -> Customers & Suppliers).
You can view the statuses of counterparties, such as which clients are already active and which ones need a follow-up call.
Kladana also collects data on client sales and displays their account balances. If you need it, you can add additional fields to the counterparty registry for display.
Using filters allows employees and managers to adjust the view to show the necessary counterparties.
For example, you can easily filter those:
- who are waiting for your call and are in the "Waiting" status,
- with whom you have a negative account balance,
- or those marked with the comment “contact,” etc.
Secondly, you can assign tasks to employees for each counterparty, specifying the task type and deadline.
The assigned employee receives a notification about the task. The task also appears in their task workspace.
Thirdly, the CRM option allows you to track customer orders through the sales funnel.
Before using the sales funnel, configure which statuses correspond to successful or unsuccessful completion of interactions.
The Sales funnel is created based on the statuses you assign to Sales orders or Counterparties.
The Sales Funnel of orders shows how many orders have gone through each status, how long they stayed in each status, the conversion rate for moving to a new status, and the total amount of these orders.
The report helps you understand at which stage orders are delayed and where conversion to the next stage decreases. The manager can identify bottlenecks in the sales department’s operations and which processes need attention.
The Customers Sales Funnel also shows how many counterparties have passed through each status, how long they stayed there, and the conversion rate from one status to another.
The report shows at which status your clients are getting stuck.
