In Kladana you can check your Orders in the lists of Sales or Purchase Orders. Kladana can track payment status if you add payments from or to your counterparties as Incoming or Outgoing payments.
Then you can check the status according to each order.
In the column “Paid” you can track the amount of payment that was done and added to Kladana as payment.
If the order wasn’t paid, there will be a blank field.
If the order was partially paid, you will see the amount and it will be highlighted in orange.
If the order was fully paid, you will see the amount and it will be highlighted in green color.
You can also check payment status inside orders.
