In Kladana, most sections have filters. Use the filter to search for transactions, products, counterparties, and data in reports based on specific parameters. Query parameters can be saved as bookmarks.
Filters can also be customized. Keep only the necessary search fields on the screen and remove the rest to avoid clutter.
The set of parameters in the filter may vary depending on the section, but the basic principles of filter organization are the same for all sections. Let’s consider how filters work using the Shipments section as an example.
Working with Filter
To apply a filter:
- In the Kladana workspace, navigate to the section you need. For example, select Sales → Shipments.
- Click Filter.
- In the relevant search fields, specify the desired search parameters. To do this, click on the arrow next to the field name and select the desired parameter from the dropdown list.
- Click Find. The page will display the Shipments corresponding to the query parameters.
Bookmarks in Filter
To avoid selecting the same filter parameters each time, save them as a bookmark.
- In the Kladana workspace, navigate to the section you need.
- Click Filter.
- Specify the search parameters in the respective search fields.
- Click Find.
- Click on the icon . Enter the bookmark name and click Save.
- The bookmark will appear below the filter fields.
- To use the settings next time, click on the bookmark. The filter will be applied automatically.
- If you have multiple bookmarks, you can rearrange them. To do this, drag the bookmark left or right.
- To delete a bookmark, hover over it and click on the pencil image.
- In the opened window, click Delete.
Filter customization
- Click Filter, then click on the icon .
- In the list of search parameters, select those that need to be removed or added using checkboxes. Only the selected search fields will remain in the filter.
- Click the icon .
