In Kladana, you can create various transactions: Shipments, Sales Orders, Receivings, etc.. To create and manage the transaction, navigate to the section dedicated to a sertain transaction. Each section gathers all transactions of a specific type, and the list of transactions is presented as a tabel.
Any table offers customization options. You can edite the set of columns in the table, and adjust the table parametres: the number of rows per page, row width, and the order of values in the list. Let’s consider working with tables using the Shipments section as an example.
- In the Kladana workspace, select Sales → Shipments.

. In the opened window, select the columns you need using checkboxes. Specify the number of rows per page (Show per page) — 25, 50, or 100. The settings are valid for the user who applied them. The settings are valid for every operation with the transactions of the same type: transactions creating, returning to the list of transactions, viewing of the transaction report.
- To change the column width, point the grey vertical border between the column titles. Then move the column vertical border left or right, to make the column wider or narrower.
