User groups allow you to manage user access. In Kladana, each transaction, product, counterparty, and employee has its owner. As an administrator, you can restrict user access to only those objects that belong to their group.
Creating a User Group
- In the Kladana workspace, click on the user icon and select Settings → Employees.
- Click on the user’s row to navigate to their user card.
- Click on the icon next to the Group field.
- In the opened window, click +Group to add a new one.
- Enter the group name.
- Use the arrows to change the order of the groups in the list.
- Click Save.
