To start the approval process, create a transaction in Kladana.
- In the Kladana workspace, select the section and choose the necessary transaction.
- Create a new transaction.
- Select the To be approved status if you have added the statuses.
- Click Save.
If you have the user access rights, you can save a transaction as a draft and cannot proceed with transactions further until approval. The manager will receive a notification by email, and the system will highlight transactions for approval in gray.
The administrator also receives notifications about transactions based on their notification preferences.
If you are a manager, to review, approve, or reject a transaction do the following:
- Navigate to the transaction.
- Review the details.
- To approve the transaction:
- Uncheck the Draft checkbox;
- Change the status to Approved.
- To reject the transaction:
- Check the Draft checkbox;
- Change the status to Rejected.
- Click Save.
The user submitting the request receives a notification and learns the new status of the transaction. The transaction is now active, and the user can proceed with further actions related to the transaction.
As a manager, you can also create a task for the submitter to inform them about any issues with the transaction.
To view the history of approvals, click on the date of the last changes in the right corner of the transaction.
