Using statuses helps you to track and manage inventory processes. You can manage the statuses of transactions and contacts.
Change status
When you create a contact or a transaction, Kladana assigns them a New status by default. You can change the status to define a step your item goes through.
- In the Kladana workspace, select a section with contacts or transactions.
- Select the item checkbox you want to change the status for.
- Click Status.
- In the drop-down list, select another status to assign.
You can also follow these steps to select several items and change the status in bulk.
Add new status
You can customize statuses up to your needs. Thus you can create and manage statuses separately for any transaction type.
You can add as many statuses as you need and sort their order using the arrows.
- In the Kladana workspace, select a section with contacts or transactions.
- Click Status → Set up.
- Click +Status.
- Specify the status name.
- Click and select the status color.
- If you add a new status for Customer Order or Contact, specify the status type.
- Click Save.
