Quality Checking in Production

Upon completion of the Production order, assessing the quality of the finished products is essential.

  1. Include Quality Checking as a Production operation.
  2. Incorporate this production operation into the Routings. Quality Checking will be listed as a production operation in Bills of Materials.
  3. In the Production order, Quality Checking is automatically included as one of the operations.
  4. Assign the Quality Checking operation to a specific performer — an employee or a team.
  5. During Quality Checking, identify non-quality products and adjust the quantity of finished products within the production operation.
