The Production Progress report reflects the advancement of all production operations and the readiness status of products being manufactured within these operations.
To view the Production Progress report, select Production → Production Progress and choose the report variant.
Production progress by finished products
In the report, for each item the following indicators are specified:
- Code — the item number in the Production Order.
- BOM — Bill of Materials for the manufactured item.
- Finished Products — name of the manufactured item.
- Volume Ratio — the volume of products that is planned to be produced.
- Volume Completed — the volume of products completed to date.
- Scrap — the defective volume of products generated during production to date.
- Production progress — the level of completion of the production volume in percentage.
- Last completed operation — the production operation that was most recently completed at the current moment.
- Production duration — the duration of production in days.
- Work-in-progress — the cost of items that have not produced yet.
Use filters to precisely sort the data you require.
Production progress by operations
In the report, for each production operation the following indicators are specified:
- Production operation — the name of the production stage.
- To produce — the volume of products that is yet to be produced in the production operation.
- Operation volume share — the percentage share of the production operation. Indicates the workload of the operation compared to other operations currently in progress.
- Hours to complete — the planned number of standard hours remaining to complete the production operation.
