Labour costs are included in the calculation of the unit cost for finished goods along with the costs of used raw materials and operational costs. Labour costs are indicated in Bills of Materials and can be modified in Production Orders. In a Bill of Materials labour costs can be specified for each production operation.
The labor cost report provides detailed information on how much labor is spent on an employee or a production operation over a given time period.
The report is available in two views: By employees and By operations. To open the report, go to Production → Labor Costs and select the desired view.
Use filters to sort the data you need. Click to save the search parameters. Click
to customize the report.
To obtain the Labour Costs report, do the following:
- In the Kladana workspace, select Production → Labour Costs and select the preferable report variant. By default, labor costs for the previous month are displayed.
- Click Filter.
- Select the Company, Employee or Operation. Specify the Date (time period) for the report.
- Click Find. For each employee or operation in the report, the following parameters are displayed:
- Volume of production — the number of items produced by the employee during the selected period.
- Scrap — the number of defective items for the selected period.
- Standard hours — the planned time (in hours) required for the employee to produce the specified items.
- Time in progress — the actual time spent producing items during the selected period.

Total amount — the total payroll amount accrued to the employee for the selected period.
- To view the detailed labour costs of a definite employee or operation, click on its row in the report.
- To download or print the report in Excel, PDF, Open Office Calc., click Print, select Labour Costs, and choose the format. Click Yes.
The labor cost report allows businesses to plan employee workload, evaluate project profitability, make decisions on hiring, retraining, and layoffs, control costs, and identify discrepancies.
