There are 2 ways to calculate labour costs for employees in manufacturing:
1. Based on manufacturing volume – Specify labor costs in the BOM for each operation.
2. Based on manufacturing time using standard hours – Specify the hourly cost in the operation's settings.
The labour costs can only be calculated for users in Kladana.
