You can generate a Planned Cost Report for a Production Order. The report provides the planned and actual costs of raw materials and finished products at the time the report is created.
To generate the Planned Cost Report:
- In the Kladana workspace, navigate to Production → Production Orders.
- Select the desired Production Order from the list.
- Click Print and select Planned Cost from the dropdown menu. The document will open in a new tab.
The report includes the following indicators:
- Finished Products — Products planned to be produced in the Production Order.
- Raw Materials — Materials required for production according to the Bill of Materials.
- Quota — The planned and actual quantity of raw materials consumed in production, as well as the planned and actual quantity of finished products produced.
- Unit Cost — The planned and actual unit cost for each raw material and finished product.
- Total Cost — The planned and actual total production quantity, multiplied by the Unit Cost.
- Deviation — The difference between the planned and actual Total Cost values.
- Operational Cost — The total planned and actual costs of producing finished products, calculated based on the Total Cost.
- Labour Cost — The total planned and actual labor costs, calculated based on the Total Cost.
For each indicator, the report displays Plan (the estimated value) and Actual (the recorded value). The Plan is calculated based on the Purchase Price from the product card. If the Purchase Price is not specified, the Plan value is set to zero.
