You can specify similar products as analogues. If a product is out of stock or not suitable for some reason, you can quickly offer the customer an analogue instead.
- In the Kladana workspace, select Inventory → Products and Services.
- Open a product card.
- In the Analogues section, click +Analogue.
- In the window that opens, select a product from the list.
- Click Select. You can add up to 10 analogues.
- Click Save.
If the required product is not available in a Sales Order, click the product name to open its card, choose a suitable analogue from the list, and confirm the replacement with the customer. Then manually add the analogue to the Sales Order and remove the unavailable product.
