If you sell goods simultaneously on different platforms, such as through a website, marketplaces, and social networks, sales channels are automatically indicated in the transactions. This allows you to evaluate the success of trading on each platform.
Create sales channel
Kladana automatically creates a new sales channel when you create a new online store connection. Sales channels are automatically specified in Sales Orders when they are uploaded from the online stores.

- Click +Sales channel.
- Enter the name and select the type of the channel.
- Add description if necessary.
- Click Save.
To add a new sales channel in a new transaction:
- Create a transaction. You can create sales channels in the following transactions: Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Sales Return, Shipment, Incoming Payment, Incoming Cash Payment, Outgoing Payment, Outgoing Cash Payment.
- Click + next to the Sales Channel field.
- In the opened window, specify the information about the channel as described above.
- Click Save.
Sales channels in transactions
Sales channels can be specified in transactions in several ways:
- Automatically via online store connection — when uploading Sales Orders from an online store, during retail sales, or returns from a point of sale. The channel is then marked in Sales Orders and related transactions: Sales Invoices, Shipments, Sales Returns.
- Manually in each Sales Order — you can select the sales channel from the list or add a new one.
- Bulk editing of Sales Orders — you can edit the sales channel in multiple transactions at once.
- Automatically via workflows.
