Order statuses
Statuses allow you to track an order execution process. For example, you can use the following statuses:
- New
- Approved
- Packed
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Returned
- Canceled
You can also create other statuses according to your store workflow. But keep in mind: the fewer statuses, the easier to work in the system.
Use statuses to set your Sales Funnel. It depicts in percentage how many orders successfully move from one stage to another, and how many of them get completed. As a result, you can evaluate the most successful and unsuccessful stages, analyze the reasons, and fix the drawbacks of your workflow.
