Audit is a history of changes. Audit allows you to monitor processes in the system and control employee activities. Every action in Kladana is recorded in the audit.
General audit
In the Overview → Audit section, all events are recorded from the moment the account is created: creation, modification, and deletion of transactions, login and logout, synchronization, export, import, and so on. Events cannot be deleted.
Use filters to view all actions of a specific user or all actions of a certain type, such as the export of counterparties.
By default, only administrators have access to the Audit. As an administrator, you can configure the user access for other employees if necessary.
Local audit
Local audit is available in the transactions, lists, and settings. Let’s consider the example of Sales Orders.
- In the Kladana workspace, select Sales → Sales Orders.
- Select the Sales Order in the list.
- Click on the name of the person who made the last change in the Changes section.
- In the opened window, you will see the history of changes.
Local audit of a transaction, list, or settings can be viewed by any employee who has appropriate access rights. As an administrator, you can manage the user access.
