Your agreements with customers and suppliers are documented in contracts. Contracts make it easier to search for transactions when working with specific counterparties and to analyze the state of your financial relationships with the customers and suppliers.
To view the list of your contracts, navigate to Counterparties → Contracts.
To create a contract:
- In the Kladana workspace, select Counterparties → Contracts.
- Click +Contract.
- In the opened window, specify:
- Your Company and Customer/Supplier (fields are required);
- Contract Type;
- Contract Sum;
- Code and Comment (if necessary).
- Click Save.
