Counterparties are legal entities and individuals who work with you as customers and suppliers.
You can build your counterparties database by adding counterparty cards in the Counterparties → Customers & Suppliers section or when creating a transaction. If you already have an existing database of counterparties, you can import it into Kladana.
Сounterparty groups
Each counterparty can be added to one or multiple groups. It is convenient to set up discounts for counterparty groups. Reports and transactions can be filtered by counterparty groups.
Prices and Discounts
Specify the pricing type for a counterparty. It will be automatically filled in when creating a transaction for the counterparty. You can also set special prices and establish different prices for various sales conditions, such as retail and wholesale.
Enter the discount card number in the counterparty card and set a discount for the counterparty. Enable personal discount. Its amount is set directly in the counterparty card. Cumulative discount is configured for counterparty groups or the entire database.
CRM options
In the counterparty card, you can record events related to this counterparty — calls, emails, meetings. This allows you to build a history of interactions with the counterparty based on employees’ records.
Additionally, you can create tasks directly in a counterparty card. Tasks are automatically linked to the respective counterparty and displayed in the counterparty card.
Reports
Monitor counterparty activity using the Counterparty Performance report, Sales Funnel report, and Statement of Accounts report. Create adjustments and balances for customers.
Setting up access for employees
To ensure that managers only see the counterparties they work with, specify the responsible employee and configure their user access rights.
Archiving
If you have stopped working with counterparties, archive them. The counterparties become hidden and blocked for operations. Outdated information does not interfere with your current work, but if necessary, you can view the history.
