If necessary, select settings using the checkboxes:
Disallow records that reduce Stock below zero. If you do not have enough stock to fulfill a customer order, Kladana prevents selling and blocks the Shipment. By default, the checkbox is disabled, so you can confirm a Shipment even if some of the ordered items are out-of-stock.
Disallow records with previously reserved items. If you want to prevent the committed products were shipped to another order, Kladana blocks the Shipment. The checkbox is available if the Disallow records that reduce Stock below zero checkbox is selected.
Automatically correct sale prices in transactions below Minimum Price (if set). If the sale price of a transaction is lower than the minimum sale price, and the minimum sale price is specified in the product card, the sale price is automatically increased to the minimum sale price before saving the transaction. It helps you to avoid price misprints in sales transactions and selling for a loss. By default, the checkbox is disabled.
Leave deleted items in Trash for 7 days. Deleted items are kept for 7 days before they are permanently deleted.
Track batches and expiry dates. You can ship the products according to their batches, control the product expiry dates, sell products with an earlier expiry date first, or write off the expired products.
Enable the display of custom fields for products and services in transaction items. If the setting is enabled, custom fields for product and service items are displayed in the Sales Orders (new design). Information from the custom fields is available regardless of the user’s access settings for these products and services.
