Logo and Authorized signature in Print forms

Before printing documents with the logo of your company and authorized signature, add the image of the logo and signature to the company settings.

1. In the Kladana workspase, click the user icon and select Settings → My Companies and Tax Settings.
2. Choose the company in the list.
3. Attach the images of Executive Signature and your Company Logo in PNG or JPG.
4. Click Save.
   

The logo and signature can be displayed in the following print forms: Sales Invoice, Sales Order, Contract, and Counterparty Account Statement. Let’s take Sales Invoice as an example.

To print Sales Invoices with logo of your company and authorized signature, do the following:

1. In the Kladana workspace, select Sales → Sales Invoices.
2. Select the desired invoice from the list or create a new one.
3. In the opened window, click Print and select Sales Invoice.
4. Specify the print format, and click the checkbox to save it as the default setting.
5. Click Yes.
   

Also, you can add the logo to any of your invoice templates. This can be done in one of the following ways:

• Add the logo in a free cell using the formula:

  ${formatter.image(formatter.loadAgent(o.sourceAgentRequisite.agent.id).logo, true)}

• Insert the logo directly into the template using basic image settings (Insert → Image) in Excel.
