Stock Replenishment automates the reordering of your products and materials to meet customer demand. It can be useful when you aim to maintain inventory at an optimal level and save on warehousing costs.
In Kladana, you can replenish stock based on Sales Orders and Internal Orders. As an example, let’s consider the creation of a Stock Replenishment from Sales Orders.

Create Stock Replenishment for multiple Sales Orders
- In the Kladana workspace, select Sales → Sales Orders.
- Select the orders to replenish stock.
- Click Add Related → Stock Replenishment.
- If you don’t want to order some products, delete them from the replenishment list by clicking X.
- Specify the way of replenishment:
- Manually. For each product, select a transaction using to replenish stock.
- Automatically. Click Operation and select a transaction for all products in the list.
- Select the Source-to-Replenish: a bill of materials Production Orders and a supplier for Purchase Orders.
- Click Qty and select method to calculate the reorder quantity:
- Based on available stock, the app will calculate quantities you are short to fulfill the Sales Order.
- Based on stock-on-hand, the app will calculate quantities you are short to fulfill the Sales Order.
- Same as ordered quantity. The app copies ordered quantities to reorder.
- Click Create.
For each supplier you have specified, the Purchase Order is created. The same will be done for unique Bills of Materials specified for Production Orders.
Create Stock Replenishment for specific items in a Sales Order
- In the Kladana workspace, select Sales → Sales Orders.
- Select the Sales Order in the list.
- Check the items you want to replenish the stock for.
- Click Add Related → Stock Replenishment.
- Repeat steps 5-8 from the previous instructions.
