Internal Order allows you to plan purchases from suppliers, transfer products within your warehouses, and replenish stock when the Reorder Point is reached.
Create Internal order
- In the Kladana workspace, select Inventory → Internal Orders.
- Click +Order.
- Specify your Company (field is required).
- Specify Warehouse, Expected Delivery Date, and Project, if necessary.
- Add items to the order using the search field, Add from Catalog or Import.
- Click Save.

Related transactions
You can create transactions based on one or multiple Internal orders: Transfer, Purchase Order (total qty), Purchase Order (missing stock qty), and Stock Replenishment.
To create a transaction based on an Internal order:
- In the Kladana workspace, select Inventory → Internal Orders.
- Select the order in the list.
- Click Add related and select the transaction to create.
- In the opened window, make the necessary changes.
- Click Save. The transaction appears in the list of transactions in the corresponding section.
To create a transaction based on multiple Internal orders:
- In the Kladana workspace, select Inventory → Internal Orders.
- Select the orders in the list.
- Click Add related and select the transaction to create.
- In the opened window, make the necessary changes.
- Click Save. The transaction appears in the list of transactions in the corresponding section.
